Flashlight Tactics Workshop

A flashlight is not only a great lighting tool that can be used every day, but it can be also used for self-defence purposes without even touching the attacker. It has a "magic" power which we'll describe on the Flashlight Tactics Workshop. You'll learn how to choose a correct flashlight for carrying and home use as well as how to use the flashlight in the situation of self-defence.

You'll learn a lot about the light and how to use it for your advantage. Every student will receive a pocket Flashlight which you can take back home with you. We'll cover:

  • How the human eye works and how different light conditions affect our visibility.
  • Different types of flashlights you can use for carrying.
  • Carrying a flashlight and quick draw.
  • How to use a flashlight as an impact tool.
  • Use different flashlight tactics to dominate the confrontation
  • Real-Life Scenarios with the use of a flashlight.

Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity!

On top of that we'll practice:
  • Flashlight draws and turning on in a FAST way.
  • How to move and illuminate the threat - a few options
  • How to use the flashlight as a striking tool.
  • How to combine flashing, moving and striking
  • Realistic scenarios with an unknown outcome.
  • Pressure test your draw and use of a flashlight.

All participants will receive:
  • Pocket flashlight to take home (you can bring your own one for practice)
  • Workshop DIPLOMA
  • BZ Team patch.
